Common tasks

• Reset your password

  Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen, or change it in Settings once signed in.

• Delete your account

  Profile → Settings (gear) → Danger zone → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

• Report or block a member

  Use the ⋯ menu on any profile or chat. We review every report within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen tap 'Forgot password', enter your email, and follow the link we send you. You can also change your password inside the app under Settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open your Profile, tap the Settings gear, scroll to 'Danger zone' and tap 'Delete account'. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches and messages.

How do matching and messaging work?

Swipe through founders, investors and partners in Discover. When two people both express interest, a match is created and you can message each other directly in the app.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the person's profile or your chat with them and use the ⋯ menu to report or block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and abusive accounts are removed.

Why can't I see someone's full profile?

Private profiles only show a name and photo until you are matched. Once you connect, their full details and gallery become visible.

Is Venturα free?

Yes. Creating a profile, discovering members, matching and messaging are free during early access.
