Terms of service

By creating an account or using Venturα, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Venturα. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@myventurepair.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to use Venturα to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your business, funding, or credentials.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content, including investment scams.
• Scrape, resell, or misuse other users' information.
• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Venturα helps people discover each other — it is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or party to any deal made between users. We don't vet, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any profile, business claim, or investment opportunity. You're solely responsible for your own due diligence and any agreements you enter into with other users.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Venturα a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the app in order to operate the service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or to protect other users.

Venturα is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venturα is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses related to business deals made with other users.

If you believe content posted by another user infringes your copyright, email support@myventurepair.com with a description of the work, the material you believe infringes it, and your contact information. We'll review and remove infringing content where appropriate.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Venturα will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
